In this 8-week beginner program I’ll help you get into ankle & foot mobility training to build a strong foundation for your body. The program is split in 2 phases that build on each other, with 2 different workouts each phase. Workouts are scheduled 4 times a week and will take you about 15 minutes each.

Equipment needed:
tennis ball (or any other hard ball of similar height size)
elevated surface (box, chair, pile of yoga blocks, etc.)
Optional equipment:
mat or carpet (to make working out on the floor more comfortable)
