Equipment needed:

  • tennis ball (or any other hard ball of similar size)

  • elevated surface (box, bench, step etc.)

  • yoga block (you can use books or a kettlebell instead)

  • resistance bands

  • light/ medium weight to make the exercises harder

  • heavy weight or any other stable object to hold onto

Optional equipment:

  • mat or carpet (to make working out on the floor more comfortable)
