Equipment needed:
tennis ball (or any other hard ball of similar size)
elevated surface (box, bench, step etc.)
yoga block (you can use books or a kettlebell instead)
resistance bands
light/ medium weight to make the exercises harder
heavy weight or any other stable object to hold onto
Optional equipment:
mat or carpet (to make working out on the floor more comfortable)
